My little sister and I don’t live in the same state, so when we finally get to be together, we make it count. There’s something about the distance that makes our time feel extra special — every dinner turns into a memory.
We’re very different in so many ways, but at the same time incredibly alike. One thing we’ll always share? A love for dressing up and heading out for oysters. It’s kind of our thing — a little ritual that feels equal parts effortless and indulgent.
On this particular night, I reached for my go-to dress when I’m short on time but still want to feel put together. It’s a Zara find from the sale section (one of those lucky, right-place-right-time moments), and unfortunately I can’t link it because it’s long gone. But honestly, those are sometimes the best pieces — the ones you hunt for.
My sister styled her look with a vintage Louis Vuitton bag — classic, timeless, and very her. I paired my outfit with a small Italian brand bag featuring a bamboo handle that I’m currently obsessed with. Structured, simple, and just enough detail to elevate the whole look.
