Staying active is a big part of my routine, and over time I’ve really figured out what works best for me. I’m lucky enough to have a reformer Pilates machine at home, which makes it easy to squeeze in a quick workout whenever I want. On top of that, I head to the gym about four times a week to get some cardio in — usually sticking to my favorite 12-3-30 treadmill routine.
Between Pilates sessions and gym days, I’ve built up quite the collection of workout clothes over the years. My closet is honestly full of different options, but like most of us, there are a few pieces that I always find myself reaching for again and again.
