Finding Your People in Your 30s

One of my favorite things about getting older is the friendships you build along the way.

In your 30s, everyone seems to be in a different season of life. Some friends are getting married, some are building careers, some are starting families, and others are still figuring out what they want next. That's what makes this stage of life so interesting. We may all be on different paths, but meaningful friendships have a way of bringing us together.

While it can take time to find people who truly align with your values and support your growth, those connections become even more meaningful when you do. There is something special about having friends who celebrate your wins, encourage you through challenges, and simply enjoy doing life alongside you.

Last night, I had the pleasure of celebrating my friend Mira's birthday at Chez Joséphine. The restaurant is filled with history and charm, and I loved being surrounded by images of Josephine Baker. Her style, confidence, and presence seem to live on throughout the space. It's one of those underrated New York spots that feels both elegant and welcoming.

Here’s a look into the evening.

For the occasion, I wore a butter-yellow two-piece set from Reformation, paired with heels and a matching Italian-made bag.

The evening was a beautiful reminder that life isn't only about goals, milestones, or what's next. Sometimes it's about gathering around a table, celebrating the people you care about, and appreciating the friendships that make each season of life a little brighter.

I'm feeling especially grateful for that.
