Blue Light Glasses for the Digital Siren

Welcome to the modern age—where we’re constantly glued to our phones, tablets, and laptops, not just for entertainment, but also for work. If you’re like me and work in a career that demands being connected at all times, you’ll understand the struggle. As Head of Marketing at my company (and beyond just Veza), I’m often reviewing creative materials, approving campaigns, and staying plugged in around the clock.

One thing that has become absolutely essential in my daily routine? Blue light glasses.

I always keep one or two pairs at my desk because the right frames not only help reduce eye strain but also elevate your look. Personally, I gravitate toward classic aviators or a sleek square frame—both versatile and polished. If you’re looking for budget-friendly options, Amazon has plenty of great finds. On the other hand, if you want to invest in luxury, I swear by my Thierry Lasry pair, which bring a bold, confident energy to any meeting. For a more refined and chic vibe, I love pieces from Elisa Johnson’s collection.

What I enjoy most is how different frames can shift your energy and attitude. For back-to-back calls, I reach for something clean and understated. When I’m deep in review mode, aviators are my go-to. And for quick meetings or creative brainstorms, I’ll throw on a more fashion-forward pair to keep things fun.

3.) Elisa Johnson is a brand I’ve been wanting to try. You already know I love a good aviator frame, but I also really like a square frame—I even own a similar pair. I’m dying to try this brand for myself, and the price is also reasonable compared to other brands.
